Seoul
Hey Everyone!
Just a quick note to say we arrived safe and sound in Seoul yesterday. We found our hostel and have had a great time so far! Tonight we hope to meet up with some friends, and possibly do some night shopping.
Seoul is a cool city, and I worked there for two gigs years back. Subway is awesom. Give it a try. Iteawon is a good place to go for some shopping. It's near army base so there are lots of english speaking people. If you walk around the bottom end and keep going around the bend, you should be able to find an english second hand book store (if you're into reading and if it's still open). The Keobo Building down town also had a good book store. In downtown the Insadong Market is good for crafts, and Namdeamun or Togndaemun Markets for general bargains. Enjoy.
